Questions, corrections, and topic suggestions go here. We read everything that arrives, though we can't answer every message one by one. Corrections and factual errors move to the front of the queue, because the accuracy of this guide depends on readers telling us when something is off.

What to write to us about

The messages we can act on fastest are the specific ones. If a page names a programme, a policy, or a service that has since changed, or if a detail doesn't match what you see as a resident or a professional working in Slovenia, say so — and point at the paragraph you mean.

Topic suggestions are welcome too. If there is a question about everyday habits, movement, food, recovery, or preventive checkups that you can't find answered anywhere in plain language, it may turn into a page. You don't need to write it for us; a sentence about the situation you're dealing with is enough to start.

We don't publish reader messages without asking first. If your note turns into a correction or an example we'd like to reference, we'll write back and ask.

Corrections and factual errors

Name the page and the exact point that's wrong. A link, a quoted sentence, or a section heading is enough for us to find it. If you know the correct figure, date, or service name, include it — that saves a round trip.

Priority: read first

Clarifications and updates

Wording that reads as vague, advice that only works in Ljubljana and not in a smaller town, or a step that assumes equipment most readers don't have — all of that is worth reporting. Tell us what you expected to find and what you found instead.

Topic suggestions

A question you can't get answered, a habit you'd like explained without jargon, or a part of the country whose options aren't covered yet. One paragraph about your situation is more useful than a general request, because it tells us who the page would be for.

Accessibility and readability

If a page is hard to read on your phone, a table doesn't fit, or a heading jumps levels in your screen reader, tell us which page and which browser or device you used. That kind of report is easy for us to verify and fix.

What we can't help with

We can't give medical advice, diagnose symptoms, recommend treatments, or interpret your test results. For anything clinical, contact your family doctor or the appropriate specialist. Messages asking for personal medical guidance won't get a reply for that reason — not because we're ignoring you.

If your question is time-sensitive or involves a health concern, don't wait on this form. For urgent symptoms, use the appropriate emergency services.

How to reach us

Use the form on this page and give us enough detail to act on. For a correction, mention the page and the specific point that's wrong. For a suggestion, a sentence about the situation you're dealing with beats a general request. We don't add anyone to a mailing list, and we don't publish reader messages without permission.

Send a message to the desk

Every field below is read by a person. Include the page name if your message is about something you read on the site.

Skip this if your message isn't about a specific page.

Please don't include personal health details. We can't act on them, and they don't belong in an email.

We use your message and address only to read and reply to it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The editorial desk

Nutrition, Vitality & Rest
Editorial
Gosposka ulica 14, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia
Address
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours

This address is the editorial office, not a clinic. Nobody here can examine you, and the phone line is for questions about the site. Please don't send health details through the form or leave them on voicemail — we can't act on them and can't keep them secure.

The office sits on Trubarjeva cesta in central Ljubljana, a short walk from the river. Visits are by prior arrangement only, since the desk is often out on assignment.

What happens after you send a message

Your message lands in one inbox and gets read and sorted by a person. Nothing is automated, and nothing is shared outside the editorial team.

  1. Your message arrives

It sits in the editorial inbox alongside every other note that came in that day, with the address you gave us attached so we can reply if we need to.

  2. Corrections are reviewed first

Anything that points at a factual error gets looked at before suggestions, because a wrong figure on a health page costs readers more than a missing topic does. We check the point against the original source and update the page if it holds.

  3. Suggestions are collected

Topic ideas are grouped by theme — everyday habits, movement, food, recovery, preventive checkups — and revisited when we plan what to write next. A suggestion can sit for a while before it becomes a page.

  4. A reply, or a quiet update

If we need clarification, we write back to the address you gave. Otherwise you may simply see the change appear on the site without any direct follow-up — that's a normal outcome, not a signal that your message was ignored.

Replies can take a few days rather than hours. If your message is time-sensitive, or it touches on a health concern, don't wait for us — contact your doctor directly, and use emergency services for urgent symptoms.

Your data and the contact form

The form collects a name, an email address, the topic you pick, an optional page reference, and your message. That's it — no tracking fields, no hidden extras.

We use it to read your message and reply if a reply is needed. We don't sell it, we don't hand it to anyone else, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first. If you'd rather not use the form at all, email works just as well.

If you ask us to delete a message you sent, we'll do that and confirm it. The full picture of how personal data is handled is in the Privacy Policy, and cookie use is covered separately.

Before you write, a quick check

Four questions that cover most of what we can and can't take on. Answering them takes a minute and usually makes the difference between a message we can act on and one we have to set aside.

Back to the homepage
Is this about the site or about your health?
Site content, wording, and coverage are ours to fix. Anything clinical belongs with your doctor.
Can you name the page?
A page title or a heading is enough. It saves us searching through the whole guide to find what you mean.
Is your email address correct?
It's the only way we can ask a follow-up question. A typo there means the thread ends.
Is it urgent?
If yes, this form is the wrong route. Contact your doctor or the appropriate emergency service instead of waiting on us.
